2. Subscription Services

Our analytics software is offered as a subscription-based service with monthly or annual billing cycles. When you subscribe to our services, you gain access to the features and capabilities included in your chosen plan for the duration of your subscription period.

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan upon renewal.

3. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new customers to evaluate our analytics software before committing to a paid subscription. The duration of the free trial varies by plan and will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up.

During the free trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription.

Free trials are limited to one per customer and require a valid payment method to be on file. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny free trial access to users who have previously used a trial or who we suspect of abusing the trial offer.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to renewal charges or subsequent subscription periods.

Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform for an extended period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected time period.

Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or mistake on our part, we will promptly refund the incorrect charge.

Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period. Once your subscription renews, charges for that billing cycle are non-refundable.

Partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of that billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.

Failure to use the service or access your account during your subscription period.

Violation of our Terms of Use resulting in account termination.

Services that have been fully delivered or consumed, such as custom reports or consulting services.

Third-party fees or charges, including but not limited to payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information: your account email address, order or transaction number, date of purchase, reason for the refund request, and any relevant details or documentation supporting your request.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date for initial subscriptions, or within 14 days for billing error claims. Requests submitted after these timeframes may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. If you paid through a digital wallet or alternative payment method, the refund will be returned to that same account.

Please note that we cannot expedite refund processing times as they are dependent on your financial institution's policies and procedures.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, navigate to the subscription settings page, and follow the cancellation instructions. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to request cancellation assistance.

Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged for the upcoming period and will have access to the service for that entire period.

9. Downgrading Your Plan

If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier subscription plan, you may do so at any time through your account settings. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be charged the rate for the new plan.

When you downgrade your plan, you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After the downgrade takes effect, your account will be limited to the features available in the new plan.

Please note that downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features, reduced data storage limits, or other limitations. We recommend reviewing the features of your new plan before downgrading to ensure it meets your needs.

10. Upgrading Your Plan

You may upgrade to a higher-tier subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle based on the price difference between your current plan and the new plan.

The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will have instant access to all features included in the new plan. Your next billing date will remain the same, and you will be charged the full price of the new plan at your next renewal.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services if you violate our Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our policies, you will lose access to all data and content stored in your account. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account termination.

12. Data Export Before Cancellation

Before canceling your subscription, we strongly recommend exporting any data, reports, or content you wish to retain. Once your subscription ends and your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your data.

We retain your data for 30 days after subscription cancellation, during which time you may reactivate your account and regain access. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

13. Reactivating a Canceled Subscription

If you cancel your subscription and later decide to return, you may reactivate your account at any time by subscribing to a new plan. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your previous data and settings will be restored.

Reactivation after 30 days will require setting up a new account, as your previous data will have been permanently deleted. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to reactivated subscriptions.

14. Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise and custom subscription plans may have different refund and cancellation terms as specified in your service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for information specific to your plan.

Custom development work, consulting services, and other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

15. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
